Registration must be completed and submitted 20 days prior to a scheduled course with proof of payment

Full course fees are payable in advance

Confirmation of attendance is only done on receipt of full payment as there is limited spaces available

Failure to provide proof of payment will lead to the learner being refused entry to the course

FST reserves the right to cancel /reschedule the course due to insufficient learner registrations

Cancellations by delegates must reach the above address, in writing, not later than 10 days prior to the commencement date of the course.

An administration and cancellation fee of 50% will be payable in respect of a cancellation received less than 10 days prior to the commencement date of the course.

Non attendance without a cancellation notification will result in the full course fee payable.
